We have been working hard to try to keep doing what we normally would do and also to fill our days with healing. Brandon has been able to venture out a bit here and there to events, like a movie and Alex's baseball games, which has been so great! The juggling act of summer is always a challenging thing and we are all doing our best and enjoying summer fun one day at a time. We have the best support system with balancing camps, baseball and meals, along with Brandon's doctor's appointments. He is feeling stronger every day and has said goodbye to the cane. The next big goal he is working towards is starting to drive again! He is addicted to the Food Network! (I'm looking forward to seeing everything he's learned on our dining room table soon! ha ha!)
